Hi,
Which service do you recommend for researching houses listed for public tax deed auctions. I will see the list of house about 2 weeks ahead and 95% of them will probably sell above reasonable price for an investor. So I’m looking for a service that can help me find any liens or title issues ahead of Time but wont cost an arm and a leg for a list of 10-20 properties every 2 weeks. Thanks
The majority of our clients purchasing property including auctions and foreclosures use the Full property lien report https://www.ustitlerecords.com/product/full-property-lien-report/ or the Full property/owner lien report located on the property records page of the site for due diligence.
