    Hello. I regularly participate in bidding for home foreclosure live auction at steps in Suffolk County NY (at different towns) and often feel the requirement to know beforehand if the mortgage being foreclosed is Senior or Junior Mortgage . For same, there is need to do the title search and learn mortgages disposition and priority. Because, bidding and winning a Junior Mortgage has legal issues and delays and one may even has to pay Senior mortgage later after closing.

    Apropos, can you let me know if I place order regularly, what shall be your response time and secondly, what shall be the cost for each such search for Suffolk County NY.
    Please do keep in mind that I attend auctions regularly and I must get some rebated or discounted price as I am never sure if I shall win that auction. (May be one in ten chance for winning). But I still need to do some due diligence beside checking on different apps and websites.
    Awaiting response please.
