We never received a deed or title when our home was paid off. The Mtg co sent us to the tax office and the tax office says the Mtg co has it! Will you be able to get these for us if we use the Full Property/Owner Lien Report? If you can’t get them is there a refund of money?
Hello, you can acquire a copy of the vesting deed through the Doc Image Report (https://www.ustitlerecords.com/product/doc-image-copy-of-deed/) located on the Property records page of the site.
