Dear Customer Support,

I believe there is an error in the owner profile report that you sent me.

The current owners of the property are Kim, Robert W and Kim, S I. They are husband and wife and they are 82 and 81 years old (respectively).

By mistake, however, you sent me the profile Kim, Robert W’s son, who is also called Kim, Robert W but he is only 55 years old.

Could you please correct the mistake and send me the profiles of the actual owners, that is, Kim, Robert W (82 yrs) and Kim, S I (81 yrs)?

Oh I see. It’s possible that the county indexed the property incorrectly (under a different Robert W. Kim name). I will research this ASAP and get back to you.

Attached is a courtesy copy of the Property Location Report showing that the owners are Sxxxx I. Kim and the Robert W. Kim (82 years old) together with another copy of the vesting deed.

Also attached is a fraud-detection-status individual profile report on Robert W. Kim. Since the property was not showing up under the “real property” category in his profile report, I requested a search under “fraud detection/prevention” which allows a higher level of clearance. The subject property located on Old Georgetown Road still does not show up, but we know from the property searches and from the current deed that he is still a co-owner. That likely means that one of the county links to that background analytics software is indexed under Sxxxx Kim’s name only. That is rare but it does happen occasionally. Note also that the fraud detection/prevention profile report shows that while Robert W. Kim still owns the subject property, he has an address at a social services facility.

In the future, if you need forensic background search services for individuals, we refer clients to U.S. Asset Records at www.usdebtresearch.com. You will see six service options on their order page. The first three services can be ordered by anyone for any reason. The second row of options (“creditor status”) are available to individuals or businesses who are owed money in any amount, attorneys for legal purposes and creditors. The creditor status reports have a higher clearance similar to the fraud prevention/detection clearance.
