I am looking for proof that land was in trust for me though deceased banking account with trust safety deposit box account. I signed out the documents that only the bank manager would let me leave with them after showing I’ d and signing for the deed in trust form from the saftey deposit box account in ellijay Georgia 30540 bb&t was the bank and Trish B. was the mangner I’m looking for information about the title of the deed that I got out of the box.

You may order the deed for that property address by using the abstract service. You will only need to provide the Grantor and Grantee’s name. If the deed was not properly recorded, it will not be available. If that is the case, you will be issued an immediate refund.
