Question:  Can I assume that a judgment entered against my deceased brother (Frank M xxxxxxxx) in 1982 that still appears on the current Bucks County, PA website is not a lien/judgment against his property located at 0000 Deerwood Lane, Quakertown, PA? That was the whole point of using your service to see if there would be a potential problem selling his property in the near future.

Answer:  Hi Mike.  Thank you for your inquiry.  Buck County started digitizing its records in 2006, so several things be effect the answer to your question.  It could be that the judgment was satisfied before the digital procedures were implemented.  Another possibility is that the judgment may have expired.
